Rules
To enter, a picture must be shared to the Vizually Speaking Facebook page with the hashtag #MyCommunicationBoard.
Pictures must be submitted before September 30th, 2018 at 11:59 PM EDT.
Anyone can enter, however participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian submit the photo.
The picture must clearly and visibly contain the First Aid Communication Board. Pictures that do not contain it will not qualify.
A panel of Judges will pick their top three favourite pictures from all submissions and award a first, second and third place, which will receive the predetermined prizes.
Winners will be announced October 5th, 2018 and contacted via Direct Messenger on the Facebook profile under which the picture was submitted.
Pictures posted are not anonymous.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. By entering the contest, the entrant or participant agrees to a complete release of Facebook.
Participants and entrants in this contest agree to use their names, profiles and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Canadian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participants’ prior consent.
All submissions shared must be public to be entered. Any picture taken must have the consent of all participants in it. By submitting a picture, the photographer and/or the submitter acknowledges to Vizually Speaking that they have the rights to the picture and the consent of all photographed participants. They acknowledge that any participants under the age of 18 have had permission granted by their parent or guardian. Vizually Speaking is not responsible or liable for pictures without the consent of the photographed and all liabilities are placed upon the submitter of the picture.
Vizually Speaking reserves the right to refuse all submissions that are deemed inappropriate in content visually, morally, lawfully or in any other form. Any content deemed inappropriate will not be posted and will automatically be disqualified from the contest.
Vizually speaking has the right to refuse any choice of prize that does not comply with the morals or guidelines of the company and municipal, provincial, federal and international law. Vizually Speaking is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
Vizually Speaking reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the company’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Vizually Speaking. Vizually Speaking shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
Any pictures submitted transfer rights to Vizually Speaking for the use of advertising the company and product. Vizually Speaking will not sell or distribute the picture outside of the company to third parties, however Vizually Speaking has the right to use the picture in campaigns, advertising and future products that may be viewed by or sold to third parties.
Vizually Speaking is not responsible or liable for any injury, damages or losses incurred from the improper use of the product. Should any injury, damage or loss occur during use, it is the responsibility and liability of the participant using the product.
Vizually Speaking is not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages or losses obtain from or during its contests. Any illegal or immoral acts by the participant while participating in the contest are not the responsibility of Vizually Speaking and do not reflect upon the ideals, morals and actions of the company. Any illegal, immoral or inappropriate actions, speech or other forms of display by the participant are the responsibility and liability of that participant.
Along with the above Terms and conditions all interactions and submissions to Facebook contests must comply with Facebook’s terms and conditions, as well as its policies. By submitting a picture the participant acknowledges these Terms and Policies.
Vizually Speaking’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contests and draws will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By submitting a picture the participant is entering the contest. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
